Return & Refund Info
- Refunds & Returns: All unopened products can be returned for a full-refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in the original packaging and same condition as received. We cannot accept opened products for refund or exchange. Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification that your refund is being processed. Please contact us immediately in the case of any dispute.
- Cancellations: All orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase. Please email us to arrange.
- Exchanges: If you receive your item damaged or defective, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
- Retail purchases: For all purchases made at a retail store, please return the item to the store the product was purchased at, along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for items purchased in a retail store.
Shipping Info
- Shipping: Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All orders are shipped using Canada Post* within two business days of receiving your order
- Shipping costs are calculated by weight and we use the standard delivery service from Vernon, BC
- Delivery times vary dependent on your location. Most urban centres should receive their order within 3-8 business days
- Express delivery is available – you can email us directly for a shipping quote and delivery time
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped noting the expected delivery date
- International shipping is available – please contact us directly for a quote.
