Sesame Seed Oil
Made from Organic Sesame Seeds that have been cold
pressed. At no time has the oil be filtered,
bleached or deodorized.
R&M Essentials Organic Sesame seed oil has a smoke point of 440°F/225°C so it is ideal for frying up to these temperatures.
Sesame has a distinct nutty taste – so be sure to only use this oil with other complimentary flavours.
Like many of the other R&M oils, sesame oil can help lower blood pressure, support healthy bones and reduce inflammation.
